Energy labels for sale and rental

All prices include VAT, cancellation costs and RVO registration. The usable floor area (GBO) determines the price. Prices apply within a radius of 25 km from Rotterdam South; beyond 50 km (return), each additional km costs € 2.00 incl. VAT.

Baseline measurement with custom advice

Surcharge on the rates above, incl. VAT. C applies after carrying out the custom advice: inspection of the implementation and deregistration of the energy label.

C: After 3 months € 290,00

All prices include deregistration costs and RVO registration, does not apply to the baseline measurement.
