The above prices apply within a radius of 25 km from Rotterdam Zuid and include cancellation costs. Beyond 50 km, € 1,65 excl. VAT applies for each additional km (applies up to 1200 m², after that incl. VAT).
Surcharge for building complexity: extra outbuildings, extra functions, healthcare, sports facilities, etc.

Surcharge on the above rates, excl. VAT and without deregistration.

Inspection of execution and deregistration of the energy label. Surcharge after execution point E, incl. VAT.
All prices include deregistration costs and RVO registration, does not apply to baseline measurement or unless otherwise stated.
